I Run in Hidden Waters
I run in Hidden Waters. The name of the trail feeds into the modern myth I created for myself in the wake of my wife’s death.
On Your Bike
Out with old, in with the new - treat yo’ self!
Advocacy Over Atrophy
May is Brain Cancer Awareness month. I took part in Head to the Hill with the National Brain Tumor Society to advocate for better brain tumor policies and appropriations.

A Good Flow of Life
I’ve had one North Star intention since Julia died - to pursue a good flow of life. I don’t know what I’m doing and I don’t know where I’m going, but I trust myself and I trust my proactive approach to grief.
Why Endurance?
Grief is its own kind of endurance but through endurance sports, I can actualize the version of myself I am meant to be.
Julia’s Man
Grief is a force that, if I stop, will pulls me backwards. I don’t want to go backwards. Moving forward means being intentional, finding purpose, and aligning them with my ambitions.
